You should be able to get it at Pep Boys or some other auto parts store. It is an oil additive for automobile engines. Like I said before, you will have to experiment with the proportions until you get it right. Too much Dura Lube will slow the valves down. If this happens oil them with plain valve oil to flush them out. Also make sure that you empty your spit valve onto a paper after the valves are freshly oiled with the Dura Lube mix. It makes the floor incredibly slick!
