Sounds like your valves need to be lapped. Matt at Dillon lapped my rotar on my old horn. He basically puts a secret goo on your valves and spins them in the casing so to remove a VERY VERY fine amount of metal so that there is less friction. It works like a charm. get it done dude! You'll be happy you did!
