As you can tell there is no standard way to write the contra bass bugle parts. some arrangers write the contra parts in treble clef just like the other bugles. Some write them in bass clef but with C as the open overtone series, just like a CC tuba. Evidently some others used the BBb fingering set, I had not heard of that before. Until this year Bugles were in the key of G. In other words the open C sounds a fourth lower like G. Who knows what will happen now?

It is up to the "creativity" of the arrangers I guess.
