Here are a few I don't think anyone has mentioned yet that I really enjoy.
1) Chicago w. Reiner - Meistersinger (amazing)
2) New York w. Masur - Prokofiev 5 (Phil Smith is incredible on this recording, and Mr. Deck is amazing as well - plus it is a live recording).
3) Cleveland w/ Boulez - Symphony Fantastique (listen to this to hear one of the greatest string sections around - as well as the rest of the orchestra!).
I agree with what the others who suggested San Francisco recordings. Their brass section is excellent, yet sounds nothing like the others. Plus, they have played with Metallica (hah).
