as a professional tubist in columbus, ohio, I have this to say....buy a five valve horn. The orchestral music you might want to play will necessitate it. Remember, when you play a CC instead of a BBb, you lose a whole step. A four valve CC is cheap, but not something you want. Save up and buy the real thing.
