The PT-6 is a superb horn with a huge sound and excellent intonation. Many PT-6 players sold their Hirsbrunners to buy their PT-6s. You may also want to try the PT-6P (piston version). I recently bought a PT-6P rather than the PT-6 because it has a bit more core to its sound and it is somewhat more "punchy" than the very-smooth PT-6.
