Even though I completely agree with Sean's comment on the situation, I found out, through the use of a recent DSO program, that the names below Wes Jacobs' are names of the remaining viola section. If you look at the viola section roster, it is obvious to see that it is well under(womanned/manned). The names missing must have been moved accidently to their current place under Wes Jacobs' name.
