He is principal tuba in NYC Opera, NYC Ballet, American Symphony Orchestra and 2nd tuba in the Met Opera.
Great sound and a hell of a nice guy. Be self-motivated and you will get a lot out of studying with him. I don't know why this guy isn't more well-known.
