Yes. I got my letter yesterday. Someone else I know got the rejection letter so I assume that they sent out the invites and rejections all at once. Should be trickling into people's mailboxes. BTW, the dates are as follows:
Prelims: Sept 27-28, 2003
Semis + Finals: Sept 29, 2003
