Hi Tom. I do love this horn. I have my own CB50 and my work purchased a G50. I only use them on the CC side. I am no expert, but I believe that when it is converted to BBb, the air stream hits the converted valve very early in the lead pipe. Having the air stream do a 90 degree turn so early in the horn may be what results in a "stuffy" feeling/sound. I personally enjoy the response and quality of the CC "side", so I would never switch it to BBb.
