I thought that's what the slides were for... I would love to own a horn that required only a couple of slide pulls, especially a Hirsbrunner. Most would say you have a horn with excellent intonation. I had a Rudy Meinl 3/4 CC with that problem. Third valve was an easy fix, although I don't mind moving slides. I got rid of it for financial reasons(stupid, I know), not for its intonation. Good luck finding what you are looking for. It could be a labor-intensive search.
