I've got a big 1936 front-action Holton BBb with Holton's version of short-stroke valves. These are the type where all branches enter from the same side of the valve casing and all pistons are interchangeable.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they worth replating and using, or should I be on the lookout for a different set?

FWIW, the bore's about 0.750".
