For the answers to those questions, refer to Lee Stofer. He told me a story about a customer that had a few new Kings that had problems with the valvesets. The school ordered replacements, as they were still under warranty, and the replacements arrived in Jupiter boxes. I'm not sure about the rest of the horn but Lee would.
