This is Fliye Smelkvien (age 29). He was the last tuba player standing in the 2001 Central Minnesota Polka Nationals. This picture was taken of him just last March. Many say the C-M-P-N really took a tro..[I mean] toll on him, but as you see he's doing fine now.
