One of the first things you need to make sure of is that you can pronounce the syllables (whatever you use) cleanly. This might sound stupid, but whenever you think about it, say the syllables over and over. Also one of the main reasons why people find difficulty in double tonguing is the fact that they want to just jump into the fast stuff right away. Make sure that your "ka" (or "ku" or whatever) syllable is just as strong as your "tu" syllable. To be honest, as soon as you get the hang of it, you'll find it easy to double tongue...the problem now lies in the fact that you're not going to be double-tonguing single pitches all the time. Changing notes is where even more problems occur. And with this I give you two words....PRACTICE, and SLOW. Be patient and it will come to you. Email me with any other questions on this topic.
