My first stop today was going to be the Dept. of State site on visit Russia, to see what import duties they might mention there. Please understand that my comments on the American Embassy in Moscow are based on the last time that I went there, there was no one available that spoke English, although now it shouldn't be a problem for me. ;-) Thanks for your advice.
