I own a 26K Conn sousaphone and would like to add a 4th valve. The easiest way would be to find a 28K horn and swap the valve cluster. The main part of my horn is in great shape so the horn I'm looking for can be pretty shabby...as long as the valve cluster is intact and functional. I would appreciate any leads on this. I'm also considering finding another manufacturer 4 valve sousa cluster and retrofitting. Has anybody got any experience with cross-horn hybrids?
