My posting was based not on one misreading, but on two of them.
The only comment I can add is, that this is bound to happen again. Only it hopefully should not happen too often.

PS: It might be interesting to know, that at least in some European countries Yamaha keeps a very exact eye on their authorised dealerships. If the guidelines are not abided to, the dealership in question looses its yearly bonus, that is calculated as a considerable percentage of its total buying from Yamaha. They can even loose their status as an authorised dealership.
The dealer cheating the 641 buyer by demanding extra for the case should have been turned in to Yamaha.
