Yes, it's just one cup to adapt 3 different optional rims that vary not only in width and diameter but also in depth, all having a very "filigree" inside thread. The cup engraving says:
ROMERA M. NAVARRO 30 C. Seems to be a Spanish MP of actual production.
The response feeling might be subjective, but I personally find it easier to use the small rim for solos in high register, and the big one for the fat low sound, whereas the medium one seems to be a good allround size.
In case of interest I can try to investigate in Spain, where it could be available.
