I don't believe that this topic has turned anyone against playing Wagners music nor has it swayed from relevant issues regarding wether we should play wagner. The question asked is purely political! This post has however informed some people including myself about some interesting details that do infact tie music to the rest of the world. Strange as it may seem to you music is a universal amongst all cultures of the present. Thus Polotics are a valid source of concern. Because music is such a power source of creative release people realise the value of incorporating it into the social structures of every society throughout human history. Your welcome to deny this, and you are also welcome to try to make me.
