The four valve versions are fairly rare. In ancient times - "preBay" - I didn't think that I would be able to find a 4V one for sale. Since I knew that I liked these and wanted one, I bought a 3V FRONT-action version and added a 4th piston - harvested from a same-bore old junk York sousa.

These are nice tubas. However, you should buy with a return option (if mail order) so you can decide if you can put up with the intonation of the 2nd partial (medium low) Eb and 8th partial (high Eb) which are both usually flat on these tubas. A shallow cup mouthpiece is almost required, so that these pitches can be pushed more easily in tune.

I miss my old York Eb tuba alot, because I stupidly sold it a long time ago to someone who (also probably stupidly) offered me too much money for it.
