Very interesting to hear about John. I have wondered for a long time what happened to him.
I used to travel down from Chicago to St Louis a fair bit to sub for him in is club gig at "Your Father's Mustache" out in Gas Light Sq. Won't say here what his handle wes then. Will have to get in touch.
