Gene Porkorny did a great recording on summit records. (summitrecords.com) The problem here is that it is a double cd including other Hindemith Brass works so it's more expensive (Though the cd is really outstanding. Øystein Baadsvick also did a killer recording, but I'm not sure how to get it. The Bobo recording is also fabulous. I think Michael Lind also recorded it. That's sure to sound great as well. Hope this all helps

Also, make sure you can find an accompanist early. I couldn't find a pianist that was comfortable with the third movement, and fitting Hindemith with the piano is not without challange anyway. Good Luck.
