c'mon, give Wagner a break. He was only confused about some of the innocent human beings in his country, and had no real political power.
Clinton, in contrast, sold out his entire country through his treasonous acts of selling military technology secrets to the Communist Chinese, turning our premium coal reserves into a national park so we would buy more from the far east - all for a few hundred thousand $$$,$$$ in campaign money, etc., etc. (Monica was simply an indication of his character which reflected in his personal life the truly disasterous things that he did to the rest of us in his public life.)
