I can only guess as to what your getting at, but is it that you are asking how to "wear" the instrument?
This may not at all be your question but if it is, quite a few people "wear" their sousaphones "sideways" (wrong) which makes playing, seeing, holding, and breathing troublesome.
("Wear" your sousaphone front-to-back rather than side-to-side, and curve the gooseneck to the left, so that the (2) bits approach you from the left.)
