Hi, I bought silent brass for tuba a while ago & find it works quite well, except that some notes in the high register are very out and D (above middle C concert pitch). Is this a general problem with silent brass, or is it something to do with the combination of tuba and mute? (I'm playing an Eb Besson Sovereign) Does anyone know any workarounds.
