Billy covered it pretty good. Some other similar mouthpieces are the Conn 2 (same basic cup size with a rounder rim and a heavier body). I think the Bach 22 is pretty close for the Bach line. The Schilke Helleberg has a rounder rim than the Conn Hellebergs and is heavier. Wick 2 is similar but not quite as "funnel-shaped." Its cup is a bit more rounded and not as deep. I do not know about the Perantoni line or Marcinkowicz, but I would be surprised if they did not have a Helleberg style piece also.
