The deal with the extra #'s like the "B22"
mentioned in this post is that Orfeo stamped
all of their Deck mouthpieces with a serial number.
I played a Deck 3 for a while(it's for sale from the
person I sold it to down aways in this bbs),
and it was numbered "A17" if I remember correctly. These
mouthpieces had a huge throat bore. Cup was fine, rim was
well rounded, perhaps to a fault, but for me I found the
throat to be way too open for everyday playing. You might
want to get in touch with former Orfeo personnel, maybe
Tim Loehr or Lee Hipp if I remembered names from back then.
