Whatever style of playing you can imagine finding yourself doing. I always learn the most when I sight read jazz stuff. Even playing sax parts and stuff like that. You'll learn the most from the stuff you are least comfortable with.

A metronome is very, very, very, very, very important. I have a metronome going whenever I practice anything. If you can't play in time, you'll just frustrate anyone you play with, including yourself.
