I will side with Jay on the need to play softer. Without a lesson as Jay states it is very difficult to diagnose the entire problem. I would add, however, that you should start softly and work for precision and phrasing to a T. Get the line in your head with precisely what you want to do with the musical line. This helps as you increase dynamics to place your breaths correctly with the music. Also, this excerpt is really not that loud in context from most of the recordings I have heard. The length and presence of the notes is more important than the loudness of the statment. These are just my generic offerings to help correct an excerpt like this without personal realization of the question in hand.
