As for the hard case.....
I don't know the manufacturer. I think it's someone in Wisconsin. It's one of the nicest wood-shell cases that I've even seen. Someone may have posted the name here a year or so ago....just can't remember who.
Oh well. Ask any of the tuba retailers that frequent this list. I'm sure David Fedderly knows....that's where this case came from.
