If you are in one of the top band in texas, how could it not benefit you. If you spend 10-15 hours a week outside of school in a top band, it will benefit you. i would bet anything that it has, and you just dont realize it. Marching band has more benefits than people think. Music purists that think marching band has no value need to recognize...period. Christ, maybe thats another thread.
