Well, when I was in the SCSBOA and the CMEA state bands, the top players all used CC tubas. SCSBOA was 1,2,&3 out of 5 on CC, and CMEA was 1,2,3,&5 on CC.So, CC is a good horn ta use for band, I would guess.
