I do the same thing (BBb for parades, and CC for concerts), and I would say that you shouldn't worry too much. You have been playing BBb long enough that those fingerings are probably pretty well ingrained, so that when you pick up the sousaphone, your fingers will know what to do.

I would recommend that as you learn CC tuba, keep clear in your mind, that it is a completely different instrument from a BBb (this concept will be made easier by the fact that the BBb sousaphone feels so different to play, than a CC concert horn). As long as you are aware of the differences between the horns, and you know which one you have in you hands, you should not mix up the fingerings between them.
