That vintage Mirafone has individually adjustable tension springs for each valve. If the screw on the back side of the spring gets loose or if there is not enough tension on the spring the springs will vibrate. I've had that problem on that horn. Tighten the springs slightly and the buzzing will probably disappear. I played that horn for the first time in 6-7 years just before Mark delivered it to you and it was very solid. Probably not something like a solder joint unless it's been recently dropped or received a hard bump. Good luck
