I usually play it enough times till I can hum it, so my ear is familiar with the tune.. then I start memorizing from the end to the beginning. Usually I'll go a phrase at a time (like 4 bars or whatever) and work my way to the beginning. That way I practice connecting the phrases in my head instead of forgetting what to do next. :)
