Leblanc/Holton are owned by the conglomerate, and Holton tubas are Yamaha stencils. There are still quite a few smaller outfits out there like Kanstul, L.A. Sax, Monette, Edwards. I didn't know about L.A.Sax until I was searching for a webstite that had a mortgage calculator to help me figure when my house payments would end (I have a private contract), and it came up because it has a program to help you determine what your payments would be if you bought a contrabass saxophone (key of Eb an octave below baritone sax) at their $35000 price.
