I'm very partial to "Monolog 9" by Erland von Koch (Gehrman's Musikforlag).
Two movements: the first one very lyrical and the second technical. I've performed it several times with great reaction from the audience. Not too long and a fun piece to learn.
Michael Lind has a great recording of this piece.
