May I answer if my name doesn't begiin with "K?" I have a Willson EEb and I have tried a variety of mouthpieces with it. I prefer my old Conn 2 to anything else I have played. It does not limit range, either up or down and the fullness of the sound is welcome in ensemble as well as solo playing. The other mouthpieces I have tried are: ME 1 and 2,
Yamaha 67C4, old model Yamaha 65 and new model Yamaha 65, Bach 22, Bruno Tilz M2, Bruno Tilz JT1, Yamaha Bobo Solo, Mirafone Rose Solo, King 26, Revelation 47, Conn 3, Conn 4,
and Marcinkiewicz Model No. W1. Of these, the older Yamaha 65 is close as is the Bach
22. The Bobo Solo and the 67C4 are too shallow to produce the depth of tone I like. The ME 1 is a pretty good choice and the ME 2 is a nice solo choice. The rest just don't work as well. The Conn 2 is all I really need. (And they are inexpensive, while they last).
