If I'm interpreting the brochure I'm looking at correctly, B&S is a label of VMI, which is owned by TA Musik Gmbh.

Here's a quote from the brochure: "Danial Perantoni and Robert Tucci have cooperating with VMI, manufacturers of 'B&S' Parantucci tubas, for more than 16 years."

In the brochure, all tubas follow a consistent numbering scheme. Some of the horns have additional designations (e.g. PT-6P) and are also labelled "B&S Parantucci." Some of the horns are labelled differently, such as "Mel Culbertson B&S Apollo" and "Mel Culbertson B&S Neptune". The horns marketed in the U.S. as VMI instruments, such as the 3301, are not shown with an additional label at all.

So, if VMI was in the U.S., the sign out front would say "Vogtland Musical Instruments, Inc., makers of B&S tubas. A TA Music Corporation Company."
