Actually I USUALLY play the 2nd part, but upon occasion have played the 1st book and the 4th book, as well as trombone, French horn, trumpet, string bass, electric bass, tenor sax (I know, not musical instrument but I get money to play it), clarinet, etc. Texas is a right to work state and when I have belonged to the union was just listed as primarily tuba/low brass and bass. Anyway, this is all moot. I was just trying assist and wanted to indicate some familiarity with the problems and their solutions. The suggestion some one made about the Gordon book is excellent especially for someone who nees to see the notes as they are worked on. By the way, thanks Rick for the kind words.
