The PDQ Dutch Suite for Bassoon and Tuba is also very good. A good piece for trumpet and tuba is Tony and the Elephant or Jim and the Roadrunner by William Schmidt. It was written for Tony Plog and Jim Self and published by Western International Music. There are couple of duets by Presser. One set is for tuba and trumpet and the other is for tuba and timpani. Both are good. DLH
