ALWAYS consult with your oral surgeon about your personal medical condition. When I went through this, I was told not to play for between 1 and 2 weeks. Just don't do anything stupid now that you'll regret for the rest of your life. Listen to the doctor (the guy with all the years of training and experience) and be happy that you'll eventually recover and be better than ever. Good luck and speedy recovery!
