Rob is correct. Harvey Phillips' rendition of the Serenade #12 appeared on Golden Crest LP 7018, along with the Alec Wilder Sonata for Horn, Tuba & Piano.
Gunther Schuller reportedly no longer has control of the Golden Crest catalog. When will we see these recordings reissued on CD?
