The Mt Vernon Bach is considered very collectable by some, and gold plated mouthpieces are popular today with many players. (There was a recent discussion here as to the merits of gold vs. silver plate.) I don't know anything about the Reynolds, but if you list it for $10 I'll bid on it! Seriously, E-Bay is probably your best bet. I won't try to set a price for you, we'll let the market decide that one.
