I have to agree with that one. Teaching and sharing experiences is an ongoing and revolving process. A topic you may have discussed 50 times may have never come up before for someone else. How many times does a teacher have to explain the history of the Vaughan Williams Tuba Concerto? Every year for freshman is the answer.

If someone asks a question that has been answered in a meaningful way in the past, then provide a URL to either a search or to the actual past threads in the archives. Sometimes people don't know the best way to search for a topic of interest and come back with zero good hits or possibly miss hits in the search engine.

There are very few original questions in this world's history. There are a great many original questions in individuals' minds.
