I like this idea alot! Detroit, my home town, is a great place. You might also take a two day trip (maybe on a weekend) and spend an afternoon at Custom Music trying out tubas. You could also stop in South Bend at the new Brasswind store and blow tubas there. Either way, it gives you a chance to pick up your new toy and also try out some others. In any event, enjoy the new horn!
