I don't know about tuba-euph quartet, but I know there are arrangements for Brass quintet. At the Canadien Brass website (www.canbrass.com) you can link to their "store" where they sell sheet music for almost everything they've ever recorded. They did a whole CD on beatles tunes, and most (if not all) of them are available there.
