If you don't lean the body against or facing it on a chair or something, there's a chance of that happening. My friend did that and had some tap it a little by accident and had it fall down. She broke a rotary off. But other dangers may be if the body's too heavy (like my PT-3) and it may form ripples around the rim of the bell if the metal's weak (again, like my PT).
