There is a place called "Leather Specialties" that specializes in leather grips and pads for all brass instruments. When I was working at a music store we had a bottom bow pad made for a customer with a new tuba. They do high quality work and the pads last forever. For the tuba bottom bow, they make them custom. They need to know a few dimensions and will make one for you. As I am at work, I don't have the address info with me. I want to say they are located in Missouri but that may not be correct.
